Give Back To The Community With Bude Foodbank
We’re calling on local businesses to join our ‘Businesses Backing Bude’ scheme. We’re looking for 12 companies to sign-up, paying £250 per month which will allow us to fund a new Family Support Worker post.
Over the last 12 months, we’ve not only had to dramatically increase our food support, but we’ve also been faced with new challenges where clients have needed wider advice and support including financial, emotional and mental health support and advice.
Our aim is to not only help people with initial food and practical support, but work towards helping each individual and family out of poverty and into a position of self sustainability and employment. By supporting this scheme, you’re business will help us offer 1-1 advice and help, financial support, educational sessions as well as help with food support.
As a thank you to our partner businesses, we want to show our appreciation by talking about our partner businesses in press releases, on our website and social media pages as well as in external publication who have been contacting us about our work. We’ll also give you web partner graphics to showcase on your website, a window sticker and certificate to display in your business, showing your customers that you’re helping your community in this way.
