Bude Food Bank supports people in Bude and the surrounding areas. The charity was set up to help people who are facing the effects of adverse poverty.

We provide emergency food parcels and help those in need. If you’re struggling financially or emotionally, we can point you in the right direction to get the help you want. If you have any other needs or questions, please contact us to see how we can help.

Bude Food Bank works with the local community, businesses and churches to raise vital funds and the donation of food and other items to help local people and families in their time of need. 

How You Can Help

Poverty is an insidious problem for many members of our local community. Whether it’s food or money, your donations go a long way in helping families and vulnerable individuals survive. Click below to donate money today, which will help provide basic food and toiletries for people who need them. 

Food Parcel Service

If you’re struggling to put food on the table for either yourself or your family, then we’re here to support you. We believe that nobody should be facing a food shortage in our community and this is why we’re here.

Maybe you’re feeling anxious about reaching out to us, but we want to assure you that any contact you make with us will be treated with compassion and in complete confidentiality.

Financial Advice

If you’ve got loans that have got out of hand, are struggling to make ends meet, have queries about a loan that you’re not sure whether to take out, or just need some help in managing your finances, we have launched a new CAP scheme (Christians Against Poverty) as part of Bude Foodbank Plus, offering people the opportunity to get financial advice and support through 1-1 sessions.

Spiritual Guidance

We can offer 1-1 support if you need someone to pray with you or to talk through any issues that need spiritual input. Bude Foodbank works closely with the team at Oceans Church in Bude which runs various sessions including Alpha Courses which explore the Christian faith in more detail, but also partners in sessions including Mums and Todds, youth activities and weekly church services.
